My R.P. Terms & Conditions

Introduction
Please review these terms and conditions which govern your use of My R.P. websites, mobile applications, and services (collectively, "My R.P. Services"). By using any of the My R.P. Services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions in addition to and not in lieu of the Terms of Service of R.P. Lumber Sites (https://shop.rplumber.com/terms-of-service) (collectively, the "Terms of Service").
The Terms of Service govern the relationship between you and R.P. Lumber Co., Inc.("The Company") concerning your use of the My R.P. Services. Only to the extent there is a conflict or inconsistency between the Terms of Service of R.P. Lumber Sites and the My R.P. Terms and Conditions, the My R.P. Terms and Conditions shall control. If you do not agree with any of the Terms of Service, you are free to discontinue use of the My R.P. Services.
R.P. Lumber reserves the right to modify or change these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of My R.P. Services after the effective date of any changes to these Terms of Service will constitute your acceptance of such changes. If you do not agree to any changes, you must discontinue use of My R.P. Services. The Company will use reasonable efforts to notify you of any material changes to these Terms of Service but are not obligated to do so.
Limitations and Program Changes
The Company does not guarantee the continued availability of any rewards earned if the My R.P. program transitions to a new technology program or in the event of the sale or acquisition of all or a portion of the Company. In such events, the Company shall not be liable for any loss or unavailability of rewards. The Company reserves the right to modify or discontinue the My R.P. program under any circumstances and without notice.
My R.P. Account Registration
By completing the online registration process (https://www.rplumber.com/customerportal/register), you can become a registered My R.P. user. As a registered My R.P. user, you will have access to additional services and functionalities available through the My R.P. Customer Portal or Mobile Applications.
During the registration process, you will be asked to create a password and enter a valid email address to create a My R.P. account with the My R.P. rewards program("Account"). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account information, including your password, and agree not to transfer, resell, share, allow unauthorized persons to use, or otherwise facilitate access or use of My R.P. Services through your Account. All of your activities with the My R.P. program, including purchases, should be conducted through your Account. If you have reason to believe that your Account is no longer secure, you must promptly change your password on your Account and immediately notify R.P. Lumber.
Tracked Purchases
R.P. Lumber will track your in-store purchases, which are called "Tracked Purchases." You may be able to view your Tracked Purchases in your Account.
Communications and Privacy
By becoming a registered My R.P. user, you agree to receive general and targeted advertising, marketing materials, and other communications from R.P. Lumber and its affiliates. My R.P. Services are also guided by our Privacy Policy (https://shop.rplumber.com/privacy-policy).
Deactivation
R.P. Lumber reserves the right in its sole discretion to remove or delete any or all material from your Account or My R.P. Services at any time. R.P. Lumber may also deactivate your Account for any reason and in its sole discretion. Deactivation of your Account for any reason, including at your request or as a result of account inactivity, may result in all data and information, regardless of source, no longer being accessible to you, even if you decide to open a new Account. You acknowledge and agree that R.P. Lumber has no obligation to retain a copy, electronic or otherwise, of your Tracked Purchases, including, without limitation, upon deactivation of your Account.
Termination
R.P. Lumber reserves the right to terminate your access to and use of your Account and the My R.P. Services, or any portion thereof, without liability, at any time and for any reason, with or without cause, and without notice to you. Upon deactivation of your Account or termination of My R.P. Services, or upon your violation of the My R.P. Terms and Conditions or The Terms of Service, your right to use My R.P. Services, including the My R.P. Customer Portal, will immediately cease.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
My R.P. Services are intended for use by only U.S. residents and are only subject to the laws of the United States. R.P. Lumber makes no representations that My R.P. Services are appropriate or available for use outside the United States.
