R.P. Lumber is excited to announce that our Best Rewards program will be replaced by our ALL NEW My R.P. rewards program on Monday, August 5th, 2024. This new program will free you of physical coupons and provide you better visibility into your account via an online dashboard.
YOU DON’T NEED TO DO A THING!
As a Best Rewards member, you will be automatically converted into a My R.P. member, and you can still redeem any physical Best Rewards coupons you have already received. You will receive your final Best Rewards coupon(s) in the mail.
What’s staying the same?
- The program will remain FREE!
- You will continue earning points with each qualifying purchase.
- Earned points will still unlock rewards redeemable for future purchases.
- U.S. Military veterans and active duty military will still earn double points.
- There is no limit on points earned.
- Your rewards will never expire.
- You will still receive a $5 reward for your birthday.
What’s NEW about My R.P.?
- No more physical coupons to keep track of.
- Unlock rewards in real time, not at the end of each month.
- Standard members can earn bonus points during exclusive member events.
- You’ll have access to a personalized online dashboard.
- You’ll have access to our My Hardware Reward mobile app.
- You can opt-in to receive text or e-mail updates regarding your account.
- Receipts, points, & rewards can be viewed in your dashboard or mobile app.
- You’ll receive a $5 reward just for registering your online account or logging in to the mobile app
